Cancellation and Returns Policy



Any order made in can be cancelled before the dispatch is made. Normally dispatch is made within 24 hours of receipt of order. The customer receives an sms and email alert when the dispatch is made. After which we will not be in a position to accept the cancellation of orders. In case of credit or debit card payment the refund will be credited to Jiffiwallet and you can use the credits in Jiffiwallet to do any future purchase. In case of CoD payments Jiffikart executive will call You to confirm the cancellation.


Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to JIFFIKART provided the return request is made is made within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. The product can be returned in following situations:

  1. Item was defective
  2. Item was damaged during the Shipping
  3. Products was / were missing
  4. Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
  5. Condition of the product delivered is different from the condition of product mentioned in website


Points to be noted:

  • Jiffikart has to approve any return of product.
  • Jiffikart reserves the right to reject any return request.

We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

Buyer needs to raise the return request within the return period applicable to the respective product. Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting us, JIFFIKART will examine the return request and call you back or contact you by mail in the contact details registered with us.

In the event JIFFIKART accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the Jiffiwallet. In case if a customer is not opting to keep the paid money in Jiffiwallet, it will be credited back to his/her bank account within 5 to 25 days from return date.

Further for returns being made by Buyer to JIFFIKART the following parameters needs to be ensured by the Buyer:

  • The product is not damaged.
  • The condition of the product returned is same as product delivered.
  • The product is returned back in same delivery cover.

If the product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from the Seller.

Shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne and incurred by JIFFIKART.
