1. What are the delivery charges?
In Jiffikart, all the products have a reasonable delivery charges depending upon the weight of the shipment.
2. Why isn't COD available to me?
Cash on delivery may not be offered in certain areas subject to the discretion of our logistics partner.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
In Chennai location your product will be arrived within 1-3 working days. Other locations your product will arrive you within 3-7 working days.
4. Why is the shipping time different for different products?
The products may be sourced from different sellers and locations. So the shipping time for products may differ.
5. Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
6. Does Jiffikart deliver outside India?
No. Currently, we only deliver to most major cities and towns in India.
7. What do I do if the delivery boy asks for extra money over the invoice amount?
Please accept your delivery and do not pay any amount other than the amount in invoice and you can to report it to us.
8. Is it possible to request for a change of delivery address at any point of time after the order has been placed?
Sorry, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for an inconvenience. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.
9. I had placed an order 2 days ago. Now, I have to leave on an urgent trip. Can you please hold the delivery until I get back?
In such cases, you may contact our customer care team (before the order is shipped) on the number (Mobile no.). If the product has already been shipped then we may not be able to hold the delivery.
