1. How do I place an order on Jiffikart.com?
Placing an order on Jiffikart is very easy and simple. As you browse the products from Jiffikart, you can add the items you wish to buy in your Cart by clicking on 'Buy Now' option. Log in with your email address and password, enter your shipping address and make the payment. You can do shopping as a guest also, however you may have to give a delivery address and contact details at the end of your order.
2. I can see "Notify me" button alongside "Out of stock". Why? What does that mean?
These products do not have the “Buy now” option because the products may be temporarily “Out of Stock”. If you click on “Notify me” button and give your email address, we will inform you, when the product is available.
3. Can I modify my order?
Yes, you can modify your order as long as the product has not been dispatched.
4. Can I modify my order after having confirmed it? Can I change quantity of my order?
You may request to modify your order before the product has been dispatched. You can track your order status at Jiffikart.com/track order. Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you won't be able to add or remove a product from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.
5. I have placed my Order! What's next?
After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email and SMS with delivery details. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed.
You can also track your order through our website by visiting ‘My Account’ section.
Please note: It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed.
6. How will I know if order is placed successfully?
When your order is confirmed, we will send you a message to your registered phone number and e-mail with the details of your product. Please do check the phone and email. Be sure you go through that. You can also check the order in the "My Accounts" tab.
